DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The President-Elect. The President-Elect, at the request of the President or in his/her absence for whatever reason, may perform any of the duties of the President. He/she shall have such other powers and perform such other liaison duties as the Board, or the President may determine. He/she shall serve as Chair of the Program Committee. This responsibility includes programs conducted at all regular meetings of the members, social functions, and any workshops and/or seminars sponsored by the Chapter as determined by the President and the Board. He/she shall have the authority to appoint sub-committees to plan and implement the activities associated with the program year. The president-elect or designee is strongly encouraged to attend the annual SHRM Volunteer Leadership Business Meeting.
- Tamara Mosley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PSHRA-SCP, is Chief Human Resources Officer at the Georgia Technology Authority with over 25 years of HR leadership experience spanning both public service and private industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Tamara has led strategic HR initiatives across multiple Georgia state agencies and also held roles at Koch Business Solutions and Delta. She actively serves as a trainer and mentor through the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA) and has held board roles with PSHRA and the Georgia Council for Human Resources (GCHR). As a member of the SHRM Executive Network, SHRM Foundation, and a SHRM Advocate, she is committed to advancing the HR profession through public policy, workplace innovation, and leadership development. Tamara is honored to be considered for President-Elect of the Greater Henry County SHRM chapter and looks forward to contributing her experience and energy to help build a more connected, inclusive, and forward-thinking HR community.
- Monique Jenkins, SHRM-SCP, PHR, MBA, is a double-certified, senior human resources professional with 17 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Talent Management Services for the Georgia Department of Administrative Services. Monique has an affinity for serving her community and profession and serves with several volunteer organizations, including the Georgia Council for Human Resources (executive officer), SHRM Georgia (Director, College Relations and Emerging Professionals), and the Junior Leagues of Georgia State Public Affairs Committee (immediate past chair). She is also a past president of the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta. A native of Mississippi, Monique is an Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Mississippi University for Women and an MBA from Mercer University.

The Vice President of Membership. The Vice President of Membership shall serve as chair of the Membership Committee. He/she shall encourage Chapter and SHRM membership growth and be responsible for the oversite of the membership roster and regular review of data provided by SHRM. He/she shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as the President may determine.

Ernna Dennis - brings over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across the hospitality, entertainment, media, technology, professional services, and telecommunications industries. As the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cox Communications Inc., Ernnia supports business growth through acquisitions and divestitures. Her extensive experience as a strategic partner and business consultant focuses on talent management, development, compliance, and employee relations. Known for her approachability, openness, and forward-thinking, she effectively integrates HR practices that enhance employee engagement, foster positive experiences, and create human capital value. Ernnia is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both nationally and within the Henry County chapter. She also serves as the Program Chair for Pearls of Excellence, a youth mentorship program through the Hedera Non-Profit Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Tina Bufford - has served 18 years in the Georgia State Government. Her service has included various roles with the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Natural Resources, and I am currently with the Department of Administrative Services—Human Resources Administration in Enterprise Talent Management, Compensation & HCM. Tina has served in public and private sectors of the workforce, which has enabled her to gain additional knowledge in human resources. Her experience includes working directly with unionized companies in contract negotiations and complaint resolution. In her human resources roles, she has served as project manager for various projects (benefits, implementation of new software, relocation of business, and IT installation, to name a few). Tina also gained state financing experience, where she obtained her Georgia Certified Purchasing Associate (GCPA). When time permits, she also serves as a Substitute Teacher in Coweta County, where she received her Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE). In addition, she currently serving as the Website Administrator for the Greater Henry County SHRM chapter and serving her final year as Past-Chair for the Georgia Council for Human Resources and the DOAS Social Service Committee, Employee Recognition Chair. Finally, Tina is working on her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and SHRM SCP certifications. She holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Diadra N. Malone - joined Medline Industries in November 2021 as a Human Resources Manager. She is based at Medline’s McDonough, GA location, where she supports a workforce of over 400 employees. In her role, she has also provided HR leadership to Medline’s Prattville, Alabama, and Savannah, Georgia locations. With more than 12 years of experience in the human resources field, Diadra brings a wealth of expertise in employee relations, leadership development, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Medline, she served as an HR Business Partner at Gordon Food Service for over four years. There, she supported more than 500 employees across warehouse, transportation, sales, finance, and administrative functions throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Diadra has been an active member of the HR community through her involvement with both the Local and Henry County SHRM chapters for the past two years. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, where she served as a Project Manager overseeing Academic Affairs and Diversity & Inclusion, and at First Data (now Fiserv), where she was a Human Resources Project Manager for the Global Technology division. Her professional journey also includes public service, having worked under Georgia Governors Roy Barnes and Sonny Perdue as a Project Manager. Additionally, she has contributed to her community as a volunteer child advocate with the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program. Diadra earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from South Carolina State University. She also maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. A proud Atlanta native and self-described “Grady Baby,” Diadra currently resides in Henry County, GA. In her personal time, she enjoys spa retreats, traveling—especially to vineyards—and immersing herself in a good book. It would be both an honor and a privilege for her to continue serving the citizens of Henry County.

The Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the financial affairs of the Chapter, including all local, state, Federal, and other jurisdictional required filings. These responsibilities shall include financial reports to the Board and coordinating arrangements for the annual examination audit of the accounts as may be required by the Board. He/she shall also perform such other duties as the President may determine.

Tara T. Henslee, SHRM-CP - is the Director of Accounting/Financial Services/Human Resources for the GA Subsequent Injury Trust Fund in Atlanta, GA, where she has served for over 22 years. The Subsequent Injury Trust Fund provides reimbursements and information to employers, insurers, and their agents, in those Workers' Compensation claims involving individuals with a pre-existing, permanent impairments. Tara is a graduate of Clayton State University; she has a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management. She has been a member of Greater Henry SHRM and SHRM National since 2019. She earned her SHRM-CP Certification in July 2019.
- Victoria Murphy, SHRM-CP - Victoria L. Murphy is a SHRM-Certified Professional with two decades of experience in human resources. Currently serving as the HR Operations Manager for Georgia Department of Administrative Services, she has a proven ability to manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from employee relations to strategic initiatives. Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated a strong aptitude for leadership, project management, building relationships, spearheading key initiatives like SHRM Instructor-Led Training and NextGen/GA@WORK project contributions. With a deep commitment to service, Victoria is excited to be nominated for the Executive Board Treasurer position. She believes her extensive experience in time and labor management, HRIS systems, and compliance audits uniquely qualifies her to help guide the board's financial health, and she is eager for the opportunity to serve. While HR is her passion, she enjoys spending time with family, eating Mexican food, ice cream, and escaping into a great British mystery, drama, or period piece. She also has a deep love for her beagle mutt, Magnolia, and enjoys thrifting for discarded treasures on the weekend.

The Secretary. The Secretary shall be responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings of the Chapter, shall be responsible for making all members aware of such meetings, and shall be responsible for coordinating the activities related to the Chapter’s newsletter.
- Jessica Turner - is the Branch Manager at People-Plus Solutions where she leads with passion and purpose in the dynamic world of staffing solutions. In her role as Branch Manager, she takes pride in driving operational excellence within her staffing firm. She oversees the intricacies of day-to-day operations, ensuring that services are not just efficient but set the gold standard in the industry. Her expertise lies in key areas such as employee development, high-volume recruiting, contingent workforce management, and client satisfaction. Having navigated the intricacies of servicing Fortune 100 clients, Jessica excels in identifying their unique needs, crafting effective solutions, and implementing best practices. She has 15+ years of experience in various Human Resource roles providing vast knowledge of industries such as logistics and manufacturing. Jessica is honored to have received the prestigious Stewardship Recognition Award, a testament to her commitment to assisting multiple clients. Noteworthy is her seven-month stint in Virginia, showcasing my dedication to going the extra mile for client service. Her mission revolves around adaptability to any situation, fueled by a strong passion for understanding the diverse needs of individuals. Her commitment is to deliver excellent results, ensuring that every client and team member experiences the highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Latangela Hill - Latangela Hill is a seasoned Human Resources executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading strategic human capital initiatives across both public and private sectors. Her professional journey includes impactful leadership roles with Fulton County Government, the City of South Fulton, and the State of Georgia, where she built a reputation for transforming workplace cultures and driving organizational excellence. As Human Resources Director for the City of McDonough, Latangela oversees comprehensive HR operations, including policy development, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development. She has led major initiatives to modernize HR policies, streamline operational processes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Under her leadership, the city has advanced classification and compensation programs to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices, while also developing citywide training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and professional growth. Recognized for her ability to navigate complex workforce challenges and implement innovative solutions, Latangela is committed to fostering environments that prioritize employee engagement, equity, and productivity. She remains an active participant in professional HR networks and conferences, championing diversity, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
- Eric Tobleman - As a certified HR professional with over 15 years of experience, I have a proven track record of improving talent management and HR processes in oil and gas, waste and environmental industries. I hold a PHR, a SHRM-CP, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and I have worked with both union and non-union environments in Fortune 300 and Fortune Global 500 companies. Currently, I am a HR Director at Clean Harbors, where I support field operations consisting of 1400 employees across the 21 states in the Midwest. I collaborate strategically with SVPs and deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement, retention, and turnover reduction.
- Phyllis Williams - A Human Resources Specialist II with the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, where I serve as a subject matter expert for the statewide Workday implementation. With over four years of experience in human resources and a background in customer service, Phyllis is passionate about creating positive candidate and employee experiences. As an active SHRM member and currently volunteer as Hospitality Director for her chapter, managing catering and refreshments for monthly meetings and events. She is so excited to have been nominated as Secretary of the Executive Board, and looks forward to bringing her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to member engagement if she is selected for the role.
