Performance Management Redefined: Creating a Feedback-Driven Culture

Supervisors, Managers, HR Professionals, and Business Owners!

We invite supervisors, managers, HR Professionals, and Business Owners to this event hosted by Henry County SHRM – April 25, 2025, from 8:30am to 12:00pm.

    Breakfast is included!

We are excited to announce a special training opportunity designed to elevate your supervisory skills. This workshop will empower you with the knowledge and strategies to lead with impact, foster a productive team environment, and drive success by applying skills learned.

Most people don’t enjoy giving or receiving feedback. Add an element of difference, and the discomfort grows exponentially. However, that discomfort causes profound issues in creating a feedback-driven culture and managing talent.

Through interactive activities, learn the importance of building relationships and managing talent through feedback. This workshop challenges leaders to move away from traditional, static performance management practices toward fostering a continuous, feedback-driven culture. Through discussions, frameworks, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to make feedback an integral and effective tool for driving performance and engagement.

    Learning Objectives Include:

    • Develop skills to give and receive constructive feedback using proven frameworks.

    • Identify and address cultural and individual barriers to effective feedback.

Create a practical action plan to implement a feedback-driven approach in their teams.

     Practice giving and receiving feedback.
