Latatia has served in various Human Resources roles in state government for nearly 20 years. Currently, she is the Policy Manager for the Human Resources Administration Division within the Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS).
Latatia joined Greater Henry SHRM in 2018 and is also a member of SHRM national. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in 2003 and her Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources also from UGA in 2005. Latatia also obtained her SHRM-SCP certification in May 2019.
