Claudia's work history includes working as an Employee Development Coordinator with Henry County Water Authority. She also worked for a fortune 500 company where she managed the development and delivery of worldwide SAP training, as well as the Learning Academy.  Additionally, she managed the HRIS function that directly supported the HR functions of Payroll, Benefits, HR and HR technology, and served as a strategic member of their Human Resources Steering Committee.

Claudia received her PHR certification in 2009 and her SHRM-CP in 2015. She has been a member of Greater Henry SHRM since 2010, a member of SHRM Atlanta since 2007, and a National SHRM member since 2007. Claudia is also a member of GLGPA where she holds a CHRMP certification.
