Monthly Chapter Meeting (August)

Title: Complying with Recent Changes in the Law

Summary: We will discuss recent US Supreme Court cases and current and proposed changes from federal agencies that affect the workplace. This will include I-9 compliance, recent NLRB decisions affecting employment policies and Supreme Court rulings on affirmative action and religious accommodations.

Objectives:

1. Learn about changes you may need to make to company policies and procedures to comply with recent legal changes;
2. Learn how to monitor federal agency activities and provide comment to influence agency decision-making.

For those planning to attend in person:
