Dr. Yvette Dupree is currently the Supervisor of Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) and Youth Apprenticeship (YAP) Coordinator for Henry County Schools and a district leadership team member for CTAE. Dr. Dupree is responsible for training and development for teachers as well as district and school leaders. Dr. Dupree supervises 12 work-based learning (WBL) programs and works with approximately 200 CTAE teachers serving 19,000 students across the district to develop programs that provide Henry County students with structured work experiences linked to their coursework, career interests, and goals.

Dr. Dupree has been recognized as Georgia Marketing Education Association Educator of the Year, Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education Outstanding Educator, and has been a Teacher of the Year Nominee. She was selected for the 2018-19 Class of LEAD CTAE.

A "Triple Dawg," Yvette graduated from The University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, a Master's in Teaching, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Workforce Education.

Dr. Dupree serves in Board leadership roles for multiple organizations, including United Way of Henry County and the Clayton County Board of Trustees. She graduated from the United Way Volunteer Involvement Program and Leadership Clayton.

A Greater Henry Chapter and National SHRM member since 2019, Dr. Dupree is excited to continue to serve in the role of Workforce Readiness Director.
