Jimmy DeSantis serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager within the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, demonstrating extensive expertise in government human resources administration. With a career spanning over 25 years in the field, he has successfully managed HR functions in various state organizations across Georgia and North Carolina prior to his tenure at DOAS.
In addition to his substantial experience, Mr. DeSantis has been an active member of SHRM National since 2013. He holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Clayton State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Development at Liberty University.
Originally from North Carolina, Mr. DeSantis now resides in Jonesboro, Georgia. In his leisure time, he finds enjoyment in spending time watching crime television, cooking, and baking.
