Chief Human Resources Officer at the Georgia Technology Authority with over 25 years of HR leadership experience spanning both public service and private industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Tamara has led strategic HR initiatives across multiple Georgia state agencies and also held roles at Koch Business Solutions and Delta. She actively serves as a trainer and mentor through the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA) and has held board roles with PSHRA and the Georgia Council for Human Resources (GCHR). As a member of the SHRM Executive Network, SHRM Foundation, and a SHRM Advocate, she is committed to advancing the HR profession through public policy, workplace innovation, and leadership development. Tamara is honored to be considered for President-Elect of the Greater Henry County SHRM chapter and looks forward to contributing her experience and energy to help build a more connected, inclusive, and forward-thinking HR community.
