Lisa is a veteran Human Resources Manager with more than 30 years of experience in various industries including 23 years with an international rail and aerospace organization. She is a graduate of Georgia State University and has held senior professional certification combining SHRM SCP and SPHR for more than 2 decades.

Some of her key responsibilities included talent acquisition and development, regulatory compliance, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations as well as start up’s and closures. In addition, Lisa has extensive experience in business development and community relations.  

Lisa is a proven leader in the areas of strategic planning and operations.  She has provided site, regional and corporate Human Resource leadership to large international organizations as well as to small businesses.

Lisa is a strong supporter of SHRM and is actively involved at the local, state and national levels. She began her journey with SHRM while in college, where she was active in the Atlanta SHRM Chapter. Over the past 6 years, her leadership roles with the Greater Henry SHRM Chapter have included: DEI Director, Director of Strategic Initiatives, President Elect and now President.

Since retirement from the corporate world, Lisa has continued her commitment to the Human Resources profession working as a consultant and mentor.
