Raymond Sinclair-West is a seasoned organizational leader with more than 20 years of

experience spanning healthcare operations, workforce development, and military leadership.

Throughout his U.S. Air Force career, he held key supervisory and senior enlisted roles,

championing clear strategic communication, talent development, and mission-driven team

performance.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Raymond also holds a Master’s degree

in the field and has led, coached, and mentored large and diverse teams at every level of his

service. His expertise lies in translating strategic priorities into actionable workforce initiatives,

leading multicultural teams, and strengthening organizational resilience. He has instructed and

mentored hundreds of emerging leaders, delivering leadership development, resiliency training,

and professional growth programming to diverse populations.

Outside of work, Raymond enjoys time with his family, reading, and LEGO building.
