De’Borah brings over 18 years of extensive human resources expertise to her current role as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner (SRHRBP) at Tricon Residential. Holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in HR Management, she has also earned the prestigious SHRM Certified Professional designation. In this capacity, De’Borah is instrumental in providing strategic HR guidance and leadership, overseeing HR operations across the Southeast and Southcentral US locations of Tricon Residential, Inc.
In her prior role as a Regional HR Manager for Store Operations, De’Borah successfully supported 450 stores spanning Metro Atlanta, Tennessee, and Alabama. Beyond her professional commitments, she passionately serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director for the Greater Henry SHRM chapter, where she lends her skills and insights in a volunteer capacity.
Outside the professional arena, De’Borah is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., affiliated with the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter in East Point/College, GA. Her interests extend beyond the workplace, involving a love for reading, engaging with podcasts, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Adding liveliness to her life, De’Borah is a devoted caretaker of her Austrian cattle dog, Shaka Zulu.
