Lisa Burns is a compassionate and strategic Human Resources professional with over 30 years of multi-state and international Human Resources experience.  Lisa has held various HR roles and retired as the Vice President of Human Resources for Delta Air Lines Global Service.  After retirement Lisa pursued her passion of  helping companies develop strategic programs for Health and Wellness, HR Compliance, HRIS Systems and HR Program design.

  

As a certified Health and Wellness Coach Lisa is responsible for building and implementing strategies that facilitate lifestyle change that positively impacts health and well-being. Lisa lives by the philosophy that wellness encompasses a healthy body, a sound mind and tranquil spirit.

Lisa received her Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and her Bachelor's degree (BS) in Marketing from Southern University A&M College. She also earned certificates in Human Resources Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
